Refunds and cancellations

Purchases through Google Play

Subscriptions and coin packs bought in the Android app are processed by Google Play. Request refunds through Google Play (play.google.com, then Order history). Google's refund policy applies. If Google refunds a purchase, the related Plus time or coins are removed.

Cancelling Plus

Cancel any time in Google Play, then Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Purchases on our website

For purchases made on our website, write to support@postlister.com within 7 days of purchase if something went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Coins

Coins have no cash value. Spent coins cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it.
