Community guidelines
Last updated Oct 19, 2026
Zap works because people treat each other with respect. These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages and calls.
Be real
- Use your own photos and your real age. One account per person.
- No impersonation, catfishing or fake profiles.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate, threats or bullying, including about gender, orientation, religion, caste, race, disability or body.
- Take no for an answer. If someone closes a chat, do not contact them elsewhere.
Keep it safe
- No nudity or sexual content in public photos. Never send explicit content without clear consent.
- No content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
- No violence, self-harm promotion or illegal activity.
No scams or selling
- No asking for money, gift cards, crypto or investments.
- No advertising, promotions or sex work.
What happens if rules are broken
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts, and work with law enforcement. You can appeal a decision by writing to support@postlister.com.
Report anything that worries you from the profile or chat menu. Reports are confidential.
